About Munro
Munro is a sweet boy who is shy and timid at first, which makes it difficult to make a charming first impression. He will take a little while to warm up to you and come out of his shell but when he does, you will be richly rewarded! He loves nothing more than playing with his sister Rosalie and he is very friendly with other cat-friendly cats, and that is what really brings his fun personality out.
He loves to be in whatever room his people are in and will follow you around the house. He is a little people shy, and if you have people in your house that he's not used to, you won't see him, or be able to find him - he is most excellent at finding those hiding spots!
Munro is not generally a lap cat - there are too many adventures to be had! But if you give him time and get him in the right mood, he is all too happy to be held upside down and smooched, and he will come up to you and ask to be picked up, and he purrs up a storm when you do. When you pat him and give him those tail scritches that cats love, he gets very excited and his tail goes up so far it hits him in the back of the head! He's a very entertaining little chap.
Munro has never given his foster parents a moment of stress, he isn't destructive, and when it's bedtime he runs into the laundry ready for pats and lights out no problem at all! He's shown no interest in going outside, perfectly happy to be an indoor cat.
Munro needs to be in a house that has plenty of space to run and jump, especially up high, and preferably with other friendly cats. As he's very sociable and affectionate. He loves to give his sister and foster brothers little head boops and wraps his tail around them whenever he passes. He also loves to organise the litter boxes and spends a long time each day making sure they are just...so. He likes a clean litter box and uncovered poops offend him.
History: Arrived 14 Oct 2017, found under someone's house with mum cat, owner couldn't be located. With current foster carers since Feb 2018.
