About Tiger ~ 1yo stripy girl (on trial 30/11/2017)
My name is Tiger ... probably because of my grace, gorgeous stripes and silky soft coat, which I don't mind if you stroke ALL day long because I just love cuddles. I’m 1 year old and we aren’t really sure of my breed – possibly a bit of german shepherd.
My face is of an angel and I’ve got the cutest ears. I’m also not very big and will probably only be a medium sized dog. I’m toilet trained and a good girl inside, but I’d love to do some more training with my new family.
I'm looking for my very own person or family with kids around 10yrs old that will take the time to continue with helping me trust new people, other dogs and please, don't even talk to me about cats ... In return I promise I will give you my undying love and devotion (I have a very special look that I give to only those that love me and so far only my foster Mum has seen it).
I quite like my own company and can entertain myself by chasing flies or skinks and while I have fun throwing a ball around it's much more thrilling if you throw it for me ... you throw it, I'll run and get it and bring it back, drop it and I'll try SO very hard to sit still and wait but I can hardly contain my excitement at doing it all over again ... It's the FUNNEST game ever!!!
I have a few beds that are my safe places where I like to chill out so I'd really like to bring them with me when I find my new family. I'd like to meet you even though I may be very shy on our initial meeting.
For more information or to meet me, please contact Bron by emailing br0nn13@hotmail.com or on 0413 729 229. I am currently in foster care in Newcastle NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Tiger's adoption fee is $350 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all of our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
