Tootsie is a sweet little guy who needs a quiet and understanding home to help him settle in.
Although initially scared, once he warms up to you he is incredibly affectionate and wants nothing more than to love you.

Tootsie must go to a home with another cat as he stresses quite bad when he is on his own and will howl all day. He would also be best suited to a home without young children as he does scare easily.
