Elsie

Elsie, AKA L.C. (Lap Cat) is very true to her name. You provide the lap, she will sit in it. Elsie is very affectionate and very playful. She has been really good with meeting new people in her foster home, but can be startled by loud noises. Elsie will be suitable to live with other cats after having lived with her sisters and other cats in the past.
