About Ylva ~ Staffy X (on trial 15/11/2017)
My name is Ylva and I have a huge heart! I’m an energetic and loveable 6 month old Staffy cross looking for my forever home. Please adopt me!
I’ve been sleeping and playing outside with two 6 year old Rottweilers and we have so much fun. I adore them and they adore me! Although I’ve been staying outside, I am toilet trained and love spending time and cuddling up inside with my foster carers.
I would suit a family with children, I’ve been around them on occasion and love playing!
I love car rides and am well behaved in the car. I’ve learnt to sit on command and have almost mastered waiting for my food.
I’m a very busy girl and have been known to escape on occasion. I am very content with my surroundings but if I see an opportunity, I take it! Therefore I would recommend a fully enclosed yard. I would also love to have another dog/s to play with if possible.
I’m desexed and fully immunised. I was neglected and malnourished when my foster carers took me in, since then I’ve put on 6 kg and have a very healthy appetite. I feel great!
I can’t wait to meet my beautiful forever family. If you would like to play and cuddle up with me forever please get in touch with my carers!
For more information or to meet Ylva please phone Brad on 0403 286 407 or email bradjsteen@yahoo.com.au. Ylva is in foster care in Tighes Hill and is available for adoption interstate.
Ylva’s adoption fee is $450 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
