Lexi is an incredibly sweet little girl who loves humans and other animals in equal quantities. Currently residing with three adult dogs, three primary aged children and two cats, she is very adaptable and will fit into any family that has other pets.
She loves cuddles and thinks she is a lap dog but will also play with her fur and human siblings until she is worn out. She particularly loves wrestling with her border collie foster brother.
Lexi is doing well with her training and is a very smart girl. She sits and waits for her food, has good recall and is almost fully toilet trained. She is low to moderate energy and has a mellow personality.
Her ideal home would be with a family who wants to include her in their daily activities. She is a very social pup who would love a fur sibling to keep her company. She is happy exploring outside but loves being inside with her humans when they are home.
If you are looking for a sweet, playful, chilled out, happy pup who aims to please, then Lexi is your girl.

Adoption details
Adoption Process for adopting a Lucky Paws Dog Rescue pet.
An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
If successful, our foster carer will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
A 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 3 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
A 10 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from the foster carer.
The Adoption is the. finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email. Please note this cna take up to 4 weeks pending on the microchip paperwork.
Sorry we can’t take calls, as our rescue is run entirely by volunteers, but we endeavour to respond to your email within 24 - 48 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
