About Missy Jordan
Missy is a Grand Dame who was a little down on her luck when she came to us. Like all Grand Dames, she can be a bit of an attention seeker (sometimes even singing a song for attention) and likes to have the limelight when in the company of her doggy friends, but she gets on well with everybody, including cats, and is very sweet natured.
She is friendly and outgoing and loves to play and run … and run … and run …around at the park and make new friends.
Missy walks gently on a lead and comes reliably when called. As a poodle she is very intelligent, understands “Wait” and “Up’ commands, and will enjoy learning any other commands or games her new humans want to introduce.
Missy is housetrained and will ask to go out when nature calls. She happily shares a dog bed with her current foster siblings, and though she would love to sleep with her human(s) she will sleep anywhere soft and comfy.
If you are after an affectionate, active girl who loves playing with dogs and people, Missy will be a great fit for your home.
Please note: our dogs are not available for interstate adoption. We also do not adopt to people under the age of 25 years.

Adoption details
We are a community fostercare network, not a shelter, and our dogs and cats are cared for in private homes. Note that we are very careful where we rehome our dogs and cats and we have an intensive process. If you want a quick turnaround we are not the group for you. If you seem like a good match for the dog of your choice we will organise a telephone chat, a meet and greet and a property check. We offer a six-week full refund, free assistance for six weeks for any issues, and a lifetime takeback policy with a fifty percent refund of the adoption fee, and of course an invitation to our adopters’ Christmas party.
We care for our dogs and cats and we want you to as well. We know that genuine applicants have no trouble with this process and understand that if we refuse you a dog or cat, it is because you are not the best match for that pet.
Our commitment to the dogs and cats in our care is total and we treat each one as if we are passing on a family pet. This may not suit you so we point out that there are equally great dogs and cats available in pounds, shelters and with other rescue groups.
