Jasper

Meet Jasper the handsome three year old male American Bulldog. He is a large boy with a huge heart!

Jasper is quite the charmer with his hand shakes and big smoothy face, loves affection, is lots of fun and very friendly!

Here is Jasper’s foster carer’s description:

“Over the past month or so I’ve had the privilege of fostering this gorgeous boy Jasper.
For such a big dog I was completely surprised by his fitness and personality.

Jasper is one of the best dogs I have ever walked on a lead. He doesn’t pull and will gladly run alongside if you want to run. We regularly take long walks and his fitness is outstanding, no difficulty beathing, no snorting either as other dogs of his breed may have.

He has an abounding eagerness to play. Always enjoys fetch and loves to play tag with me, whether that be him chasing me or me chasing him.

Jasper leaps and bounds and jumps to catch the ball similarly to how a puppy would! He will even throw the ball around for himself.

Jasper rarely barks. I’ve only heard him bark twice and he’s extremely well behaved. He knows a couple of tricks like sit, shake, lay down and stay. He will obediently wait to eat his food if you tell him to “stay” and then say “eat”.
