Hey! The volunteers have named me Homer and, well, I need to go on a little diet. At only 2 years old, I really shouldn’t look like this, but I can’t help it. My old owners fed me a lot, and now that I am in the pound, don’t seem to be coming back for me. I know how to sit for a treat, and take treats gently. I don’t jump up on people, it’s very hard with this weight on! I don’t mind other dogs, but let’s have a meet and greet to make sure we all get along.
Adoption details
Our dogs are $385 to adopt which includes de sex, vaccination, micro chip and lifetime registration. By adopting via rescue you enable us to save more dogs from the pound system.
We require a completed application form (click here) and will conduct a telephone interview.
If you already have a dog, a meet and greet will be required.
This dog is currently impounded at Hawkesbury animal shelter, 10 Mulgrave road, Mulgrave, NSW
Monday to Friday 9-12.30pm 2pm-4.30pm
Saturday 9.30-11.30am
