Scruff

You can't help smiling when you see this little guy. He is sooo cute.

He is very friendly and loves attention. He responds well to praise and is food motivated. He has gotten along with all the dogs he has met here.

BUT, he has a couple of bad habits and will need firm guidance to break them. He likes to play using his mouth. He will 'mouth' your hands and pounce on your heels. He can be reprimanded verbally, but you must keep at him.

He is not nasty whatsoever, just naughty. I suspect he has been allowed to get away with it up until now and just thinks it is acceptable.

I will continue to work with him while he is in care - he has improved already but reverts to his old habits if you let him get away with it (give him an inch, he'll take a mile...).

For this reason, he must go to an experienced home with no little children.
