Chris... cat, dog and baby friendly

Beautifully natured Chris is a complete joy to have around. He is usually very laid back and is VERY much into cuddles! So much so, that he is rather insistent on being an oversized lap-dog if you let him. He really melts your heart!

Chris has the sweetest eyes and is happiest sitting with his human friend or will quietly find a patch of sun outside for a nap. We are unsure of his background, and he can be a bit timid in new situations and is fearful of raised voices or overly forceful commands when he doesn't understand. He will quietly lay down in a safe place if stressed. He is however not frightened at all of people or of busy streets/shops.

He has had practically no formal training, has no clue what "Sit" means, so will need a patient owner to put the time in to his training. Having said that, he walks nicely on a lead and loves his daily walk. He hasn't travelled much in cars yet, and will need further good experiences with this to boost his confidence.

Chris would ideally like someone who is home a lot or he can join on daily adventures. He would make a great Tradies companion or potentially a therapy dog with the right training as he has such a calm base temperament. Chris has been happy to stay outside when left alone for short periods and does not bark. If left inside unattended.... hide all shoes and toys, he shows his young age when you least expect it!

Chris is in foster care with a female dog, cat and a 12month old baby and is perfectly behaved with them all.
With the right home, this gorgeous boy is bound for greatness and will steal hearts everywhere he goes.
