About Bindi ~ staffy x puppy (on trial 13/11/2017)
Hi, I’m Bindi! I’m a 10 week old staffy x puppy, My favourite things are kisses & cuddles. My foster mum calls me a lap dog and I agree - the closer I can get to you the better!
I have been living with my foster brother and sister so in my new home I would love a friend to play with who is gentle and understands I’m still just a puppy. But if there’s no other dogs then I’d rather my new mum or dad don’t work full time so I’m not left alone for long periods.
I would love to go to puppy preschool with my new family so I can learn new things and make new friends.
At the moment I’m very small and very inquisitive, so my new home needs to have fences with no gaps where I might poke my head through and no holes where I can escape. My paws are quite small at the moment so I might not grow to be so big.
I sleep in the laundry in my bed so please let me sleep inside in my new home - or even better, how about with you!
I look forward to meeting my future fur-ever family! Lots of love, Bindi :)
If you would like more information or to meet me please email my foster mum Brittany at brittany_wilson@live.com and she will run you through the steps. I am in care in the Newcastle area, NSW.
As Bindi is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she's approximately 5 months old.
Bindi's adoption fee is $500 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
