Ballan

Look at this pretty girl!

Ballan is as cute as they come with her petite features, patches and spots. She has a real character too as she is outgoing and playful. This girl is happy, confident and adventurous, and always up for some fun. Ballan will entertain you with her little games and make you laugh at the little noises which she makes even when she is going to sleep. She is an affectionate girl too and loves a cuddle with anyone willing to give her one. Meeting new people is fun and they get greeted with a waggy tail and some kisses. This girl is bound to put a smile on your face.

Ballan has been in care with other dogs, including her brother and some medium sized dogs. She is friendly with her doggy pals and loves to play. Sometimes she wrestles with her brother so much she falls asleep during their game! Ballan is not afraid to have a game with the bigger dogs too so would love the opportunity to keep doing this in her new home. Like all puppies she will need ongoing socialisation and when bigger she will need daily exercise. Trips to the off lead park/beach would be a great chance for her to make friends and run around.

During her time in care, Ballan has begun basic training. She is treat/food motivated and willing to please so she has already learnt how to sit and is now learning to walk on a lead. It is very important that her new family are committed to continuing her training as she has much more to learn as she grows up. Puppy preschool will be great for her socialisation and basic training but so would further group training classes as she has great potential to reach. She is progressing well with her toilet training and will even take herself off to her own bed when she gets tired.

We are looking for a home where Ballan will be a part of the family and included in the daily activities. She will need a home with another friendly and playful dog and/or where someone is home more often than not to keep her company. She should be allowed inside the house to be with the family and will need a warm comfy bed to sleep on at night. Her new family will be full of smiles when they welcome her in.
