What a gorgeous boy!

Pioneer is as cute as a button and has a beautiful nature to match. He has flashy looks and cute spots on his nose which gets him lots of attention. Inside, he has a very sweet and loving personality. Pioneer loves a cuddle and his favourite place is right besides you on the lounge or in your lap. He enjoys pats and cuddles and always has a waggy tail and a kiss to give you in return. Generally, this boy is confident and happy but chilled out. He enjoys playing with toys even if it is by himself but obviously it’s more fun if you join in with him. Ultimately, this pup is just a little lovebug.

With other dogs, Pioneer is great. He is confident, friendly and happy. He has been in care with his sister and some medium sized dogs who he enjoys hanging out with, cuddling up with and playing games with. Like any puppy, Pioneer needs continued socialisation to ensure that he remains friendly with other dogs. He will also require regular exercise in the form of walks and/or trips to off lead dog parks/beaches where he can stretch his little legs.

Pioneer has begun basic training while in care and he will do anything for food as he loves it! He can sit for a treat and is learning to walk on a lead. It is important that his new family are committed to continuing his training as he has lots more to learn. He should attend puppy school for socialisation and basic training but it would also be ideal if he continued his training with some group classes post puppy school so that he can reach his full potential. Pioneer’s toilet training is progressing well as he is taking himself outside more often than not.

We are looking for a home where Pioneer will be a part of the family and included in the daily activities. He will require a home with another friendly doggy companion and/or where someone is home most of the time to keep him company. Pioneer should be allowed inside to be with the family and will need a warm comfy bed inside to sleep on at night. The lucky family that gets to invite him into their home is going to get such a loving and special pup.
