About Winnie
Winnie is a sweet pup looking for her forever family. Since coming into care we noticed that Winnie tends to follow her brother Bundy a lot and feed off his energy. We had her hearing checked and found that sweet Winnie is in fact deaf.
Being deaf won't hold Winnie back, it's just going to be important that her forever family understand that she is deaf and in her early years is able to take some classes to learn how to communicate with her and build her confidence. We feel Winnie will thrive in a home with another male dog who she can form a strong bond with (you're welcome to adopt Winnie's brother Bundy too). Winnie would love nothing more than someone who can include her in their everyday activities and adventures.
Winnie is currently fostered in the NSW Hunter Valley, please click the big orange button to enquire about adopting Winnie.
Medical notes
Winnie is a happy health dog who is microchipped, vaccinated and desexed. Winnie is also deaf, whilst this isn't an 'issue' it is something that her forever home will need to be aware of and make sure is considered in her everyday life.

Applicants will be assessed in terms of best suitability for the dog. A meet & greet and yard inspection are essential parts of the screening process.
The first 2 weeks for every adoption is a trial period to ensure that both the dog and family are a good match. And once everyone is happy the dog's microchip will be changed across to the new family.
