About BlueSteel (Cav17-152)
Urban Dictionary defines the term BlueSteel as
"To be the coolest, have charm and be simply irresistible... Everyone wants to be and look like you in every way."
We definitely think this sums up this handsome puss. We've given you a pic of Ben Stiller modelling his finest BlueSteel, for comparison sake.
Anyway, this strapping young lad found himself experiencing a different kind of steel - the steel of a metal pound cage where he ended up after being trapped in a small country town. A long way from the catwalk where he belongs. He has been in foster care for a little while now and is beginning to show that his personality is just as good as his looks.
BlueSteel hadn't really been around people that much so we tend to still be overwhelming for him at times. He loves pats so much once he's receiving them, though he sometimes forgets that and when you first approach, he panics and hisses. But it only takes him a second to calm down and start loving you, and love you he will with lots of smooches.
This handsome boy has really benefited from the company of other cats in foster care (you can see his girlfriend Roxette photobombing here!) He gets on with absolutely every cat he meets so it is essential that his new family already has a kitty or would like to adopt two.
He's still just a baby and given some time and patience he will be an even more amazing kitty and the perfect addition to the right family. No little kiddos please, not yet - they will be too overwhelming for him!
You know you want this spunk in your life. Meet him today!
*CURRENTLY IN NORTHAM BUT CAN COME TO MIDLAND/PERTH FOR MEETS!*
Adoption details
Thank you for taking the time to view one of our lovely animals. We love them all and we hope you will too.
If you would like to know more about an animal please call Freedom on 0409 000 259. If it sounds like you and the furry creature are a suitable match then we will pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to meet them.
Once you have met the animal and wish to go further then we may organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure (dogs only). You can then take your new family member home on a 2 week trial and if you decide they are not suitable then you can return them.
If you are not sure how existing animals in your home might be affected, or you want a little extra time to get to know the nature of the animal, we may allow you to foster with a view to adopt.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
