About Rocky
Meet Rocky - definitely a lover not a fighter! Gorgeous Rocky is a 1 year old German Shepherd x looking forward to finding his forever home. Really, how can anyone resist that one floppy ear!
A super sweet guy, with a personality to die for - Rocky will make someone a very loyal and loving companion.
He shows now signs of food aggression or seperation anxiety and although loud noises don't worry him too much, we would recommend that he be allowed inside during thunderstorms and fireworks.
Rocky has enjoyed making friends here at the facility (with both the 4 and 2 legged variety) and he gets along well with other dogs. He loves people and is always eager to please. One of Rocky's favourite things is to cuddle and he can at times jump up. Never in aggression, just to show you how much he loves you. He will also at times do his best kangaroo impression and will jump up and down on his hind legs waiting for a cuddle! We have included 3 x free training lessons in his adoption fee if you would prefer not to have kangaroo impressions to continue happening!
When tested with cats and chickens, Rocky seemed to be a little afraid of them and we do not believe that he would give chase if he was to be rehomed with pocket pets or cats.
He enjoys being out on adventures and loves his walks around the neighbourhood. Rocky does have very nice lead manners.
Rocky would love to find a home where he is included as part of the family and involved in the day to day activities. This incredibly handsome young man will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Rocky's adoption fee is $375 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Rocky is also regularly treated for flea and worms.

Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
