Poppy

Meet beautiful Poppy,

Poppy was a relucent surrender due to family health reasons.

She is a sweet and affectionate girl who has an exuberance and love of life. Her happy nature is very contagious and she provides lots of love and laughter.
Poppy is social with other dogs and loves her trips to the Tuncurry Dog Park.
She is playful and loves stretching her legs and running off-leash.
She would be best suited to an active home, someone that enjoys going for a daily walk and who can take her to the park and beach.

She would also be happy being with another friendly, playful dog.

Poppy is very treat motivated and is responsive to commands and training. Poppy has already had obedience training and is very smart. She can get excited when getting ready for a walk, she can't wait to explore. It takes around 5 minutes to settle on the lead and then she is happy to walk calmly alongside you.

She would be best suited to older children, just given her size.

Poppy had access to both indoors and outside in her previous home but mostly slept outside. She would be happy with either, but would like to be inside with her people when their home.

Poppy is great in the car and is a well-travelled pooch for her young age.

All vet work is currently up to date (desexing, vaccination, micro-chipping, flea/worm treatment)
