Meet Princess Lucy!
Lucy is a shy little girl who can take time for her true personality to come through. Once she gets to know you she will shower you with love and affection.
Her favourite place in the house is the sofa and you will often find her there when you come home of a day.
Lucy’s favourite thing besides spending time with her people is going for walks! She absolutely LOVES the beach and running around, she is very energetic for an older dog. Lucy can be a little reactive on lead so will need an owner who can put some time and training into her. She is very smart girl and will be a breeze to train. If her new owner works she will need something to keep her mind active such as food puzzles.
Overall, Lucy would make a perfect companion for a family with older kids as she likes the busyness of the household.

~ Desexed
~ C5 Vaccinated
~ Microchipped

Adoption details
Adoption Procees for adopting a Lucky Paws Dog Rescue pet.
An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
If successful, our foster carer will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
A 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 3 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
A 10 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from the foster carer.
The Adoption is the. finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email. Please note this cna take up to 4 weeks pending on the microchip paperwork.
Sorry we can’t take calls, as our rescue is run entirely by volunteers, but we endeavour to respond to your email within 24 - 48 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
