Becky is an older girl, but don't let that fool you, she has many years left in her!
She is a loyal and loving dog who simply enjoys the finer things in life, ie a yard to call her own, a daily walk, some decent food, pats and cuddles and lots of kind words from her humans.
After many months at the shelter with nobody wishing to adopt her, Becky is now in foster care with us. Her carers, and Becky herself, are working hard on trimming down her rather generous figure. Her daily walks are helping and she loves a run when off leash. Becky still loves to play and has a selection of toys which not only keep her entertained but anyone watching her also!
She gets on with other dogs off leash, but at home Becky would like to be the centre of attention so would probably be best as an only dog. She would suit a retiree looking for some extra companionship or a family who would like a more mature dog.

Adoption details
Adoption Procees for adopting a Lucky Paws Dog Rescue pet.
An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
If successful, our foster carer will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
A 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 3 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
A 10 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from the foster carer.
The Adoption is the. finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email. Please note this cna take up to 4 weeks pending on the microchip paperwork.
