About Smokey **2nd Chance Cat Rescue**

Smokey is a very pretty black and smoky grey girl who has all the classic kitten personality traits you could want. Smokey adores people and she’s always the first to run up to you and start purring to get your attention to let you know that she wants your affection. This very beautiful little lady arrived in our care with her sister Meadow (also listed on Pet Rescue), and these two are tonnes of fun to be around.
Meadow would happily spend as much time in your company as she can – she’s a smart girl and is fascinated by almost everything people do. You’ll find her watching you as you move about, often tagging along a few steps behind you or running ahead to let you know she’s there. She’s curious about the world around her and she loves sitting by a window to see what’s happening outside.
Smokey also loves being held like a baby, she’ll let you cradle her and walk around. Her sister Meadow is the same. While it would be great to get them a home together, these girls are equally independent and happy to amuse themselves and just be with you. Both, however, do not like dogs and would be better suited to a house with slightly older children.

Adoption details
All our cats and kittens are:
* desexed,
* micro-chipped,
* vaccinated and
* worm and flea treated.
ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE
We ask that you complete an Adoption Questionnaire before we make arrangements for you to meet a cat or kitten. This is to ensure that we find the best possible match for you and the cats/kittens in our care.
PROCEDURE
1. Please send an e-mail to: 2ndchancecatrescuevic@gmail.com
2. You will be e-mailed our Adoption Questionnaire
3. Complete the Adoption Questionnaire and send (e-mail) back to us.
4. If your application is successful, we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.
If the adoption is going ahead, we ask that you pay on the day of adoption the fee as stated on the cat's profile .
Please note that we only accept cash.
We hand over a signed Change of Ownership form which you will need to send to the Microchip company after the two week trial period has expired.
PLEASE BE PATIENT
2nd Chance Cat Rescue is a home-based rescue group and most of our volunteers are working full-time so we hope that you understand that it may take 1-2 days to get back to you.
