BEAUTFIUL BOOF IS LOOKING FOR THAT SPECIAL SOMEONE TO MAKE HIM FEEL SAFE

Hi my name is Boof and I'm hoping this story might find me and foster or adoption. I have had a rough and scary start to life, and I'm only just starting to learn that humans can be kind and loving. You see I was dumped and forgotten, and someone in my life has been very abusive, my foster mummy is currently working on teaching me that every time a human raises their hand it can show love and kindness and not to be hit and abused. When I first arrived my foster mummy said It broke her heart, you see I would drop to the ground crying really loudly the moment a human moved their hands even remotely quick towards or around me - I did it thinking they wanted to hit me, but I'm learning that the humans here want to be kind and give me heaps of pats and cuddles with their hands, so I'm coming a long way they say.

I'm a very gentle boy, and extremely affectionate; I am a little scared at the moment but my foster family tells me this is ok and I'm doing so well in building my confidence. My foster mummy says I'm SUPER smart and going to make a special someone so happy, I haven't really had someone say such lovely things about me before , so this new type of life I'm really enjoying (and lapping up all these things called cuddles, they are AMAZING!)

I'm only young and do enjoy company of other doggies, I just need to know they won't hurt me before I like to have a big run and play with them.
