About Toby
Toby, oh Toby. Small. Adorable. Sweet natured and Super friendly.
This cuddly little nugget is looking for a heart to warm and a life long companion; be it human or canine.
Toby is fantastic with other dogs and has shown nothing but social manners since arriving into foster care. He is a typical small staffy and adores people, attention and cuddles more than anything. But he is showing us that he understands how to be alone and separate from others.
Toby would love a home with another friendly, playful and social dog; he is good with dogs of both genders and all sizes. But he may suit a home as a very much loved only dog, but we wouldn't recommend that he is left for long hours alone. He does crave attention so someone who is home more often than not would be great for this fella.
He has met some cats since being in foster care and was social with them; so a home with these may suit. He is good with people and would be perfectly friendly with kids. He does love to cuddle and snuggle so may accidentally knock a young kid over if he is a little too excited.
We would recommend fencing over 5ft for this handsome fella; free from gaps and holes since he is so compact and small. He is a typical english staffy and is small in stature but a little pocket rocket at heart. A home that is looking for a moderately active home is best suited to him and one that continues both his socialisation and training is essential.
He is good indoors and has shown great progress with both his toilet training and crate training.
A home where he is allowed inside is best suited, one where he is included as a true part of the family.
Toby is located in the Hunter Valley and his adoption fee is $400.
Toby is available for inter state adoption, but if successful applicants MUST drive to the foster home for a meet and greet and collection.

In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
