About Neville
Neville was surrendered at a ripe 8.5 years old and was previously left in a cage to rot.
This old fella is looking for a retirement home that can provide a great loving indoors home with proper nutrition and joint formula for him. He has come back with fantastic blood work results and although he has some arthritis in his back end, he is very healthy and happy.
Neville is good with other dogs, but would be best suited to a home as a very much loved and spoiled only dog or with a female dog. As he was left non desexed for quite an older age, Neville isn't too good with other male dogs that are large sized. So for safety, a home WITHOUT male dogs is best suited.
He hasn't met cats so we would say a home without these is best suited. But he has met horses and chickens living in a coop and he isn't too phased by these. He is friendly with all people he meets, and would be fine with steady kids but due to leaning and not understanding his size; a home with young kids might not suit him too well.
Neville must be an indoors boy, or have access to both indoors and outdoors at all times. He is looking for a low energy home with perhaps a walk a day. He isn't too high energy so he isn't looking for much.
Neville is good with both rural and suburban fencing, he doesn't show any inclination with escaping or wandering, so he would suit either set ups.
Neville is located on the Central Coast and his adoption fee is $250.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
