Meet this big love bug Simba, a three and a half year old male Rhodesian Ridgeback.

Simba turns heads wherever he goes, he’s quite the handsome boy! He is a beautiful happy active boy looking for his forever home and he’s always getting lots of cuddles from the team at AWAR as he’s won us over!

Simba has had surgery on his leg after coming into rescue. He has been recovering for 12 weeks and will make a full recovery.

He would be ok with another dog with a proper introduction. Simba will need a lifelong commitment and a home that can offer him lots of love and affection as he adores his humans.

He is big and strong, so will need a savvy large dog owner. An active home is a must where he can get daily mental and physical stimulation and be able to join you on all life’s adventures!

Simba is looking for a home where he can be a part of a the family day and night. He will certainly steal your heart if you come for a meet and greet!
