About Nubi (On Trial 16 Dec)
Hi! I’m Nubi – I was named after the Egyptian god Anubis, but it’s such a big name for a young boy like me so I prefer to go by my nickname ‘Nubi’. It’s pretty fitting as I’m a bit of a newbie to this pet life, which is why I’m currently in foster learning the ropes… and I’m learning really quickly how good cuddles are!
As I’m I am still quite young and have little bit more energy to burn, I would be best suited to a home with a yard rather than an apartment so I can have a leg stretch and keep myself busy while you are out. I walk well on the lead and love going for long walks. So far, I get along well with other greyhounds but I’m a little bit too interested in anything small and fluffy. I would suit a family without very young children, but if you have some teenagers I’d be a greyt companion.
If you think you could worship… uh, I mean adopt… a young guy like me – get in touch with my people at info@greyhoundrescue.com.au

Adoption details
Once we have found your new greyhound we will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
