About Jools **2nd Chance Cat Rescue**
Jools is a very sweet black-and-white girl, who came into the rescue pregnant. She was a wonderful mum to five beautiful kittens. After her kittens were adopted she found a home, but unfortunately she was returned to us, through absolutely no fault of her own. This time we hope to find her true forever home. Jools is a lovely and loving girl, who deserves nothing but happiness.

Adoption details
All our cats and kittens are:
* desexed,
* micro-chipped,
* vaccinated and
* worm and flea treated.
ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE
We ask that you complete an Adoption Questionnaire before we make arrangements for you to meet a cat or kitten. This is to ensure that we find the best possible match for you and the cats/kittens in our care.
PROCEDURE
1. Please send an e-mail to: 2ndchancecatrescuevic@gmail.com
2. You will be e-mailed our Adoption Questionnaire
3. Complete the Adoption Questionnaire and send (e-mail) back to us.
4. If your application is successful, we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.
If the adoption is going ahead, we ask that you pay on the day of adoption the fee as stated on the cat's profile .
Please note that we only accept cash.
We hand over a signed Change of Ownership form which you will need to send to the Microchip company after the two week trial period has expired.
PLEASE BE PATIENT
2nd Chance Cat Rescue is a home-based rescue group and most of our volunteers are working full-time so we hope that you understand that it may take 1-2 days to get back to you.
All kittens adopted from 2nd Chance Cat Rescue come with a complimentary Adoption Pack!
