Rockie

Hey there, I'm Rockie.....So like my name, I'm a bit of a pocket rocket. I was pretty scared when I arrive here and didn't like people touching me. I've been learning that most people are cool and hands are for licking. But I can still get a little bit worried and would appreciate it if new people would just let me get comfortable with them before wanting to pat me.
I really like to go on little adventures every day....this could be a walk along the street, a sniff on a bush track or a little paddle at the beach. I haven't had much experience with the outside world and hope that my new family can show me the ropes.
My previous family didn't let me inside the house much so I'm more comfortable in a back yard at the moment. Given time I think I would like to hang out with my new family inside the house.
I don't really mind other dogs but would prefer to be the only dog in your household. I just want all the attention to myself..I reckon I deserve a bit of special time with my new family.
I don't think I would like small children.....they're noisy and I don't really like being hugged....and kids...well they're kinda sticky......not really for me.
Please come out for a drive in the country and say hi....cant wait to meet you.
