About Monty - Cav17-146
Hi, my name is Monty. Pleased to meet you! I'm an adorable little chap with a super sweet little face who can't wait to find a family to call my own.
I have been staying in a lovely foster home where there are other cats, a dog and children. I wasn't too fond of Abbi (the staffy) to begin with, but I am warming up to her now and have stopped hissing at her! So if you have a canine companion I will adjust, slowly.
I love other cats, in fact you might say that playing with other cats is my favourite thing! Well, that and playing with people. Oh and cuddles in bed. Plus food. Okay I have a few favourite things!
My foster family says I am a very forgiving kitty who has an adorable meow and a big purr. I am still nervous in new places or big open spaces but I also like to adventure and explore so my new family will need to be gentle and patient, to help me feel safe in my home. But I'm only a baby so that won't take long and once I'm bonded to you, we're bonded for good.
So please, put your hand in my paw and lets be best friends!
*Currently located in Northam but can be brought to Midland for meetings!*
Adoption details
Thank you for taking the time to view one of our lovely animals. We love them all and we hope you will too.
If you would like to know more about an animal please call Freedom on 0409 000 259. If it sounds like you and the furry creature are a suitable match then we will pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to meet them.
Once you have met the animal and wish to go further then we may organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure (dogs only). You can then take your new family member home on a 2 week trial and if you decide they are not suitable then you can return them.
If you are not sure how existing animals in your home might be affected, or you want a little extra time to get to know the nature of the animal, we may allow you to foster with a view to adopt.
