About Charlie (D3671)
Located in PERTH, sweet, friendly Charlie is a lover! He loves people, loves travelling in the car and loves a walk (at a slow-moderate pace with lots of stops to sniff trees and cock his leg). He's good on the lead, allowing for the pit-stops :) Two 30 minute walks a day are a must to help get him and to keep this active, smart and sociable doggie happy. A walk is followed by something else he loves - naps.
This little senior is intelligent, curious about the world and would just love a warm, caring home with devoted owners who will walk him, keep his weight down and spend time with him. A game of tug with you and a soft dog toy is great fun for Charlie and he loves a pat. Actually, he loves being wherever you are in the house. You’ll need to be able to resist those big Bichon eyes looking for tidbits though :) His previous owner says he loves children and visitors though he's not keen on rough and loud people. He dislikes the sounds of lawn mowers and motorcycles.
Charlie gets on well with other dogs. If his new home has a dog, we think he’d fit really well with a gentle middle-aged or older dog. But he’d also be happy as an only dog too. He’s definitely past romping and roughhousing :) We don’t know if he gets on with cats.
He's happy to spend time looking out the window at the world passing by - though he does bark at the activity! He's housetrained and sleeps straight through the night after a toilet stop before bedtime.
Charlie has a lot of love to give. Click on the link below and complete an enquiry if you’d like to adopt this gorgeous senior. SAFE will get back to you in no time.
