Max Has a Lucky Escape...

Little Max was in the Normanton pound on his final days but it didn't look like there was much hope. However, luckily for him, one of our foster carers – Lowana - had been sent to Normanton for work and heard about the little fellow's plight. She immediately decided to rescue him and bring him back to Mount Isa to find him a forever home.

Lowana gave him his name and started him on the right path - he has had a vaccination, been microchipped, desexed and wormed and checked over so he is in great shape.

Max is a very lively fellow and is probably a Fox Terrier X but he is quite unusual in that his head it totally black and the rest of his body is white.

He is very sociable and gets on well with people and dogs of all sizes.
