About Cleo
Cleo is a sweet 9 month old American bulldog x
Don't let Cleo's size fool you, she really is a gentle giant. She may look big and scary but she'll smoother anyone who comes in your yard with kisses and that's it. She is great with kids and understands to be gentle and loves nothing more than being right by your side. Cleo likes to come inside and understands to go to the toilet outside, although she's fine outside also and doesn't get into any mischief. This young lady is also social with other dogs but likes her space if they become too playful and will walk away, if a dog shows her aggression she also walks away and doesn't retaliate. She sometimes forgets her size and thinks she can still fit on your lap and she is still learning to be gentle with cats and is still be supervised around them. Her manners are perfect and will sit and wait for her dinner and doesn't pull on the lead, she really is perfect companion and will stop at nothing to please her owner!

If you should chose to adopt a dog from SEQ K9 Rescue..
You will be asked to complete an adoption application.
Completing this form helps us to determine if the dog is suited to your circumstances. Some dogs have special needs so we are looking for the perfect forever home for all of our dogs needs.
After you have completed and returned the adoption application we decide if you are a good match for the dog you are applying for. Sometimes we may recommend another dog we have in our care.
Next we will arrange for your to meet the dog/puppy.
We ask that bring along your family and any other animals you have in your household. A yard check (or yard photos) will be checked and only then will approval be considered.
Please remember sometimes there are several applications for the same dog so this process may take up to a week.
The adoption fee must be paid before any of our animals are released from our care.
We also offer a 2 week trial period - if you have any issues with your chosen dog/puppy you must contact SEQ K9 Rescue via text immediately.
If for any reason the dog needs to be returned to, the adoption fee minus a $50 non refundable deposit will be refunded. Your refund will be returned via bank transfer within 10 working days.
If the pet is returned after the trial period generally no refund will be made.
Interstate adoptions may be requested to supply additional information and photographs of the proposed environment for the animal. Interstate adopter must pay transport costs in addition to the adoption fee.
If an animal is to returned from an interstate adoption, the adopter is to pay all costs to return the animal to SEQ K9 Rescue in Brisbane..
