Winston

Winston is hilarious, this boy has no idea what to do with his underbite and it makes him even more endearing. But don't get us wrong, this boy can be very cheeky if he wants to be.
He loves people of all types, and kids as well. He loves to have the attention put over him and he loves cuddles and rumbles as well. He adores other dogs and has shown to be good with dog savvy cats.
He would do great in a home with another dog, one that is stable and older and can teach him the ways of the world. He may suit a home as a very much loved only dog but the household would need to be able to continue his training and socialisation regularly and also be able to provide both mental and physical stimulation.

We would say Winston would benefit from going to obedience training with his new family, he has shown that he may not have received much training before arriving into care. He is doing great at understanding his inside manners and has adapted to crate training very easily and well also. He is learning his name, his basic obedience and how to interact both on and off leash. But he can be strong as well, so a home that can understand how to walk him properly is essential.

He will do best with safe and secure fencing 5ft or over, but may suit rural fencing as well as he doesn't show any signs of wanting to wander at his foster home. He hasn't been tested with poultry or livestock so we aren't sure what he would do with these.

Winston is only around 15 kilos in size, so will definitely be medium sized when fully grown. We aren't sure on the breed mix and we really can't seem to pick it. He is located in the Hunter Valley and his adoption fee is $400.
