Hi there, my name is Marley!

I am a young, high energy dog with a huge amount of love to give to my new family.

I will need to go to a home where my new guardian will commit to taking me to behaviour training as I need to learn some manners. I am highly food motivated and super smart so I will be quite good at obedience. I already know how to sit, shake and drop! I can be quite boisterous and very playful at times so a family with no young children will be the best fit for me as I do not want to unintentionally knock them over or hurt them in any way.

I had x-rays here at Lort Smith and they have noted that I have early onset of hip dysplasia. Currently I am not affected by this and can function normally without any pain or discomfort. With the correct management and care it is likely that I will have several years without pain however if my hips were to degenerate, surgery may be needed. For this reason I will be adopted out with a disclaimer.

My new guardian will need to feed me a high quality diet that will help with strengthening my bones.
