Lexi | Siberian Husky | 3 yr old

Lexi is easy-going and has great personality. She is a affectionate, gentle girl who will love nothing more than a lifestyle with loving humans and exercise daily to keep her fit and healthy.

She is happy to lie in bed or on the couch, she loves to be near people and to be a part of the family. She grew up in old piggery pen used as a breeder pumping out puppies and has missed out on life's luxuries until now. She now loves being an inside girl and to be near people, she is just catching up on her couch and cuddle time she has missed out on.
Her favourite place to nap and sleep is anywhere near people she loves.

She is toilet trained, haven’t learnt to alert people to open the door for her. But if the door to the yard is open, she’ll know to go outside. Her basic obedient training is coming along nicely, she knows how to sit and and shake paw before her meal.
Her confidence could use some reinforcement but there's nothing wrong with her energy levels. She loves to run and run and loves to jump over things but never jumps on her humans.
So she would suit older children just because she has lots of energy and doesn't always pay attention to check her surroundings.

She loves to chew, we think it's another thing she's making up for on not having growing up. So she will need chew toys, rope toys, antlers ect to keep her from chewing your beloved things.
She has amazed us with how well she has adjusted to her new life, she is a pretty cruise kind of girl.
Her ideal family would be someone who will not leave her at home all day, and has the patience to help her overcome some of her timidness and boost her confidence and love her as much as she will love you.

** Lexi would love another dog for company of suitable energy levels and size.
