About Biscuit ~ On Trial 19/10/17
Meet Biscuit a 1 and a half year old Pomeranian x Chihuahua girl who is super friendly, very social and a little pocket rocket. Biscuit loves meeting new people and will be BFF's with anyone who gives her attention and cuddles. She will jump on your legs for pats or to be picked up for hugs.
Biscuit is a loving little girl with a short and easy care coat and a curly Pom tail that loves to wag. She's a bit of a princess who enjoys being the centre of attention and who would benefit from some puppy training classes and learning to share.
Biscuit is a tiny girl at 4.5kg, but she has a huge personality and she considers herself to be a big dog. She is in foster care with 10 other dogs and she thinks she's in charge - her favourite past-times are playing with the other dogs and bossing them all around. She is best suited to a home with another playful male dog - preferably slightly older than she is to be a good role model, and around the same size or a bit bigger than she is. She must go to a home with an existing dog .
Biscuit is an inside girl who loves being with her family and must sleep inside. She would love a safe yard to run around in as she has a lot of energy to burn. Due to her tiny size she will need solid fencing with no gaps at all. She does love being on your lap but being such a young and energetic girl she will need an active family who will be able to keep up with her. She will enjoy daily walks and joining you on outdoor adventures. Although she will be friendly with children she is best suited to a family with kids older than 12 years due to her tiny and fragile size.
For more information or to meet Biscuit, please contact Jo on email jo.payne.aus@hotmail.com. Biscuit is in foster care in Morisset, NSW (Cental Coast) and is not available for adoption interstate.
Biscuit's adoption fee is $550 and includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
