About Merv
Merv is a very handsome boy with a distinguished mustache. While he may take a while to get used to his new surroundings, once he feels secure he will follow you around to see what you are up to. He loves his pats and loves to play but only tolerates being picked up. He especially likes food and his scratching post. Merv would probably prefer to be around older kids that like to play with him but don't want to constantly pick him up. He hasn't been directly around dogs, only through a glass door; but there is every chance once he is used to having a dog around he would become good buddies with her/him. At this stage he has only been indoors.
Adoption details
Please send our friendly volunteers an email and we will reply with our application form. This ensures that we are matching you with the animal to suit your family and lifestyle. We can then arrange a meet and greet for you (and existing pets) to spend some time with the pet and see if you think they will fit into your life.
If you decide to adopt:
- payment is made
- a quick property check is conducted (we love our rescue animals and go through a lot to find them new homes, so we need to ensure their new home suits them)
-then you can welcome your new pet into your life!
We have a 2 week trial period so if this pet is not the perfect fit for you we will supply you with a full refund within the trail period. We will also take the adopted pet back at any stage should you be unable to care for them any longer.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
