About Max
Max is a large sized medium boy around the same size as a standard Labrador. With a sweet caring and sensitive nature. He is fantastic with other dogs and is in foster care with a pack of dogs ranging from Australian terriers to Maremma sheepdogs and he has no issues with anyone.
He would do best in a home with another dog, one that is stable natured and friendly with others that can help him navigate the ways of life. We would suggest a home with someone home more often than not, with the ability to allow him into the house. He is great both indoors and outdoors and loves to have a cuddle with his foster mum.
He has met horses and chickens in a coop and was tolerant of both but would need perfect introductions and fencing if his new home had these.
He hasn't met any cats so we are unable to say how he would react. But he has met some young kids and he was gentle and kind with them.
Max is currently in foster care with paddock fencing and is fine in a rural setting. He would also suit a suburban household but we would say fencing over 5ft would work best for him for safety and security.
Max is looking for a kind and loving family. One that can provide him with lots of love and care. He is located on the Central Coast and his adoption fee is $350.

In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
