About Shorty
Fun loving Shorty is a Mastiff x born on the 12th September, 2016 and is ready and waiting to find his forever home.
The life of the party, Shorty is a fan of everything and everyone. He gets along great with other dogs of all sizes and loves to meet new friends wherever he goes. He does enjoy a wrestle and a good time always, so he may not be suited to a home with a very calm dog, as although he would never hurt the dog, he may be a little too much! Shorty does not seem phased by cats and we believe he could be rehomed with one. Poor Shorty was pecked on the nose by our resident chook and is now scared of chickens!
Shorty shows no signs of food aggression and he does not seemed bothered by loud noises or sudden movements, however we would suggest that he be allowed inside during thunderstorms and fireworks to ensure his safety.
Along with all that playing and socialising that Shorty loves to do, there is a softer side to him as well. This gorgeous boy is super affectionate and loves to snuggle up to you for some belly scratches and cuddles.
Of course being the man about town, Shorty enjoys his outings. He can pull on his lead at times in excitement, but when corrected he soon settles down and has nice lead manners. A super intelligent boy, he loves to please his human friends. He already responds very well to voice commands and we believe would be easy to train. To help with this continued training, we have included 3 x free training lessons in his adoption fee.
This incredibly handsome young man will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family. Sure to bring a smile to your face daily, he will suit an active family who is able to give him the fun times he craves.
Shorty' adoption fee is $375 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Shorty is also regularly treated for flea and worms.

Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
