About Sylvie
Silvie came to us during the beginning of 2016 with her sister Sybil. They were a little feral at first but soon got used to being stroked. Sybil only tolerates cuddles but Silvie loves them. Silvie came with a severely deformed leg that stayed stiff pointing forwards, it got in her way and restricted her movements so at our vets suggestion, we decided that the best option was to amputate. She now moves around and plays almost like a very quiet normal cat. She is desexed, immunised and chipped ready for her new home.
Medical notes
Silvie has only three legs, she had her rear right leg removed due to a severe deformity.
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
