About Tilly
Tilly is a gorgeous 2 year old Chihuahua Maltese cross. But as you can see, when it comes to her looks, she takes after the Maltese side of the family.
Tilly is a special little girl. She can be affectionate, giving lots of hugs and kisses, and she will follow you wherever you go (yes, that includes the toilet!)
However Tilly picks her person, and not every person is for her. Tilly takes time to trust and will be a dog that needs patient and personal space as she gets to know new people.
Tilly is crate trained, and this is a key part of her anxiety management. It is absolutely essential that Tilly goes to a home that understand and will be committed to positive crate training. Tilly needs to have her space in the home and becomes anxious and can be defensive if she feels insecure.
Tilly needs a new home that is experienced with dogs, will show her patience, and a home where she will be your one and only. She’s unsure when meeting new humans, and barks at unfamiliar sounds, but rest assured, once she’s used to you, she is a total smoochy, affectionate girl who loves nothing more than bubble baths and having her hair done.
Tilly and cars don’t really get along. In fact, cars tend to make her feel quite unwell. She’d much prefer a walk, whereby she can enjoy the feel of the fresh air in her fur!
She doesn't mind a small amount of alone time, but of course, she would much rather be spending her day with you, the one she adores, and who she will smother in kisses and get excited the second you walk in the door!
So, if you would like a new friend that will idolize and adore you, or if you just need a new shadow, Tilly could be the girl for you!
This beautiful girl needs an experienced owner with no other dogs and no children.
