About Stanley ~ Boxer x Mastiff (on trial 15/9/2017)
Stanley is a 3 month old, male, Boxer x Mastiff puppy.
Stanley, what a heartbreaker! With his perfectly aligned eyeliner, his gorgeous good looks, his charming manners and his loveable personality. Stan is a very sweet, laid back babe, not one of those high energy puppies.
Stan had a very different start in life to most puppies and is very much a people puppy. He loves to be with you, if it's going for a walk around the park, a drive in the car, or having an afternoon siesta on your lap. Stan does enjoy playing with other dogs, his current playmate is a 3 ½ kg mini foxy. Stan is great with children & doesn't jump up. He has learnt to sit & is learning to be housetrained. This 14kg loveable babe is well behaved and very trainable. Ongoing training is recommended. Stan happily sleeps outside in the laundry or in bed with you, no complaints either way.
Stan will be a big boy when fully growdon, but he thinks he is little like his foxy pals. Stan will benefit from a home with a furry pal, and people home often, living inside when people are home but happy enough outside lazing or playing in the sun.
Stan is the man, the one you never knew you were looking for, until you meet this gorgeous babe & fall head over heels in love, that's Stan.
As Stanley is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Stanley, please contact his foster mum Doreen on Doreen.newton2@bigpond.com. Stanley is in foster care in Singleton, NSW.
Stanley's adoption fee is $500 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and he's been treated for fleas and worms.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
