About Shake Your Booty
Meet Shake Your Booty, or affectionately named Beth. Born on 8/7/2011, Beth is the senior lady of the ARCAT foster greyhounds. Gentle , gracious Beth is 6 years old and in her days as a racing dog was proclaimed 'Greyhound of the Year ' by the industry that she was born into .
Fortunately her trainer appreciated what tidings she had brought his way and sought our help to find her the forever home that she so truly deserves .
Beth is still young enough to be a part of any family however if another dog was available for company or her new home had someone who didn't work, would suit her best . Her foster mum can see Beth quietly sleeping beside a retired person's bed or keeping them company while they're reading or watching TV . Beth never seems to put a foot wrong . She doesn't bark but will make 'rooing' sounds to let you know what she wants . She likes to stroll around the block or walk to the corner shop with you , without pulling on the lead, and is enjoying meeting new friends at the beach .
Beth's distinguished features endear her to everyone who comes along and her new doggie friends trust her completely . However , don't be fooled into thinking that there isn't much left in the tank for this middle aged girl . Just watching her do her 30 seconds of 'zoomies' is an amazing past time for this otherwise lazy breed and Beth is no exception .
Beth has her own collar , lead and winter coat which means that its just a matter of adjusting the furniture , adding a few bowls and supplying her with food , water and most of all ....love . Because there is no other love and affection than a greyhound's for their human .All vet work is done and includes desexing, microchip, vaccinations, flea and worm treatment. If you'd like to know more about Beth please email animalrehomingtablelands@gmail.com
