About Polly Adopted
Polly has only just arrived into fostercare and what a hit she is. Polly arrived timid and unsure but quickly warmed up to us. She is a submissive playful young girl who wants to please. She does show eye whilst playing with the other dogs here but may not be a worker. Polly is very active and fun lovingly playful. She come to a sharp whistle and will sit at your feet wanting reassurance and praise. Polly needs a home where she will have plenty to do, other pets to play with, walking out and about on a lead and a visit to a dog friendly park. She is a little afraid of water as she did want to enjoy her first bath but she was not sure what it was about. Polly is a quick learner though and is very accepting. Polly will need a secure well sheltered back yard to play in and whilst at the moment she is not house trained she will learn soon enough. She currently sleeps in an enclosed verandah where she can seek shelter from the summer heat and insects. She loves to romp in the grass with the other dogs and to be with you. Polly will not suit a small yard and will not suit if you do not have the time for her to be a permanent member of your family. But if you have a tribe of kids and or you are very social in a dog friendly circle, love dog training as she will need to attend obedience classes to start with but flyball or agility or other dog sports including herding all will possibly be something she will excel in.
