benny arrived into our foster care program from a fantastic shelter here in melbourne. Benny like most hounds was purchased based on his looks and nature and then once the novelty wears off is left alone in the yard day in day out without any human or dog interaction. Beagles are a pack hound and they must be rehommed with families that have another high energy dog and a home where they can spend quality time with their humans. We are looking for a beagle/hound experienced family for benny who have another dog for him to play with and a family where he will recieve daily interaction. Benny loves snuggling on the couch, playing with active dogs and needs secure fencing. Benny adores his humans and gives the best cuddles we have ever seen any beagle give! his needs are very simple, a medium sized yard, a beagle brother or sister to play with and access to the house and yard but mostly a loving family who are happy to give this beautiful boy a home. Bennys foster family have a special nickname for him; they call him the bumblebee as he buzzs with excitment and happiness when he sees them and his entire body wags in happiness!
