Damon

When Damon first arrived at the RSPCA he was terrified of everything and it has taken him a long time and a lot of work to help him realise the world isn't such a scary place. He was surrendered by his owner as they could no longer take care of him. Damon has come a long way and has become such a social and gentle chap, he still has some more growing to do and will need his new owner to help him build his confidence day by day. He has plenty of energy and is an active breed so he will need lots of training and activities to keep him busy. We would recommend that he doesn't go home with children as he is still quite wary, but he could potentially live with a female dog pending meet. Damon would cope best in a home where he doesn't have to be left alone for too long, so a part time worker or someone who works from home would be ideal.
