About Snoopy
Meet Snoopy
Adorable and sweet this boy will win you over with his charm!
Snoopy is an 8year old ball of fun. He LOVES adventure, the excitement overload when his lead comes out is the sweetest. Most enthusiastic pooch when it comes to walks! He was a puller when he first came into care but has improved his leash manners whist in care!
Snoop is non stop waggy tail whist on his walk! Nose to the ground and he is on a mission!
Snoopys foster mum takes him bush walking on a 15metre lead which he loves! Snoopys does not have good recall so off leash is a definite no no!! Snoopys nose takes over and he will follow the smells!
Snoopy loves adventures but prefers adventures that don't involve water and sand. He is too precious for sand between his toes and on his ball! The beach is definitely not his thing! Although he is a cocker spaniel snoop
Isn't a fan of water so if your looking for a water dog snoop isn't him.
Snoopy loves the car he is very well behaved in the car and knows cars mean adventure!
Did someone say tug of war??!??
This is snoops ALL time favourite game! He could literally play tug of war for hours! Be warned he is ALOT stronger then he looks! When it comes to tug of war snoopy means business.
Squeaky balls are cool too but I don't like to share my toys!
Snoopy loves nothing more then being with people and does suffer from some anxiety so a home where someone is home more often then not is best!
Snoopy is house trained and is pretty much an inside dog he wants to be wherever his humans are! Snoopy needs to be included in the family.
He behaves very well inside and is completely crate trained! He loves his crate. Be careful though because snoopy will sneak food off the bench and raid the bins.
That nose doesn't miss anything!
Snoop can be very stubborn and will need an owner who has boundaries! He isn't a dog to be babied.
Snoopy is in foster care with a cat and they will tolerate each other however he needs supervision around cats always! He will definitely chase if they run!
Snoopy is in care with other dogs but he really prefers to be the only dog. Homes with another dog will only be considered if owner is very dog experienced. While he does live with dogs currently he has needed a lot of training and socialisation to adapt to living in a pack! Snoopy is not a dog park dog! Dog parks are a huge no. Snoopy is friendly towards children but is best in a home without small children.
Please research his breed. He is prone to ear infections and needs grooming.
Snoopy was very overweight when he first came into care but is now at a healthy weight which will need to be maintained!.
Overall snoopy is one of the sweetest and most Sensitive pups you'll meet! He has a heart of gold and is as loyal as they come! He will make a family extremely happy!
