Lexi

Lexi is a 10 month old Special X breed. She is around the size of a large jack russel but otherwise looks like a miniature Rotti.😍

Lexi had a rough start to life which has made her extremely wary of new people. It took 3 weeks for her to confidently approach her foster mum though it only took her a week to become best friends with the human children, a baby and 3 year old. She can still be startled and will run/hide if adults move too quickly around her without warning but is gaining in confidence every day.
Lexi does better with women but most especially with people who have a lot of time to spend with her and reassure her. Lexi is an inside dog for the most part and house trained though she has had some accidents she's pretty good.
A household with a suitable companion animal would be great for Lexi as she gains confidence much quicker when there is a friendly dog around to show her the way.
Lexi will need someone very special for her new start to life so please think very carefully whether you have the time and patience for her before applying.
