About Ash
Ash is a special boy who is just waiting for his chance to shine. He is a bit rough around the edges and on first appearances can seem a bit over the top. What makes Ash special is that if you put in even the smallest amount of effort with engaging him you are rewarded with a big goofy dog grin and a focused and trainable companion.
Ash has completed two basic training sessions with a suitably qualified pound volunteer and during those sessions you could see the magic happening. His whole demeanor changes from a little hyper and closed off to an engaged, interested and focused dog who can learn very quickly. Our volunteer really enjoys training Ash because of how responsive he is to their work.
Ash would love to find a home where he can be physically active with his humans. A new owner who enjoys obedience training or fly ball or jogging or any other physical pursuit would really suit Ash.
Medical notes
Ash is booked in for microchipping, desexing, vaccination and worming as part of the adoption process.
