About Powder **2nd Chance Cat Rescue**
Powder is a gorgeous ten-year-old Chinchilla cross, who was brought to us for different reasons, but most certainly not because he is not friendly. This gorgeous boy just loves to chat!
Powder comes from a home with many other pets, including a small dog and rats. He gets along great with children and tends to sleep more with children than with his adult owners. He has two different colored eyes, which according to his vet is the result of sun damage, but luckily there is no damage to his eyesight. His eyes are very beautiful!
Powder really loves the outdoors, so we highly recommend an outdoor enclosure with shelter to avoid the sun. He is a white cat and ideally we advise he be an indoor cat only, even though he would rather be outside.
Powder does require grooming, but he isn't too fond of his belly being brushed.

Adoption details
All our cats and kittens are:
* desexed,
* micro-chipped,
* vaccinated and
* worm and flea treated.
ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE
We ask that you complete an Adoption Questionnaire before we make arrangements for you to meet a cat or kitten. This is to ensure that we find the best possible match for you and the cats/kittens in our care.
PROCEDURE
1. Please send an e-mail to: 2ndchancecatrescuevic@gmail.com
2. You will be e-mailed our Adoption Questionnaire
3. Complete the Adoption Questionnaire and send (e-mail) back to us.
4. If your application is successful, we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.
If the adoption is going ahead, we ask that you pay on the day of adoption the fee as stated on the cat's profile .
Please note that we only accept cash.
We hand over a signed Change of Ownership form which you will need to send to the Microchip company after the two week trial period has expired.

2nd Chance Cat Rescue is a home-based rescue group and most of our volunteers are working full-time so we hope that you understand that it may take 1-2 days to get back to you.
